For all custom items, payment is required in full by EMT or SQUARE prior to work being completed. Up to 3 "mock ups" will be provided to the customer. Additional "mock ups" will be an additional charge.
Regular shop turn around is 14 business days,
excluding holidays. Rush orders (orders needed before 14 days) are available
for an additional charge and are up to the Crafty Island Owl’s discretion.
Ordering: The more
information provided the better so we can create what you have in mind. See
something you love but want it a little different? Maybe you want it quite a
bit different! Have your own idea? Sounds great, I love to work on custom
items! You can provide a picture reference or just an idea and I will do my
best to make it a reality.
